Teaching

Teaching has been a central part of my practice since graduating from the Royal College of Art in 2006. That same year, I began teaching at Liverpool Hope University, where I lectured on the BA Design degree programme, specialising in metalwork and design development.

I consider teaching a real privilege, and it is always rewarding to see students come alive through the excitement of designing and making.

Since 2022, I have contributed to the Contemporary Fashion Design degree, with a particular focus on sculptural fashion elements and accessories. In 2026, alongside my colleague Helen Felcey, I co-launched a Contemporary Craft degree—making it an exciting and significant year.
